RECONFIRMING AGREEMENT
RELATING 1i0 MORTGAGE AND MOltTGAGE NOTE .
WHEREA~, the undersignE~d were the former stockholdera of ~
Fort Pierce Airways, Inc. (their pro rata ownership thereof ~
being aet forth hereinafter);
WHEREA.S, the undersigned have received by Assignment of
Mortgage (recorded in O, R. Book 181, page 1414, Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida) from Fort Pierce Airways, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, now dissolved, all of said corporation's
interest in that certain mortgage and mortgage note dated
March 19, 1969, executed by Lakeside Gardens, Inc., a Florida
corporation, to Fort Pierce AiYways, Inc., in the original
principal amount of $337,500.00 as recorded in Official Records
Vol. 176, page 2556, Public Records of St. Lucie County, F.lorida;
and
WHEREAS, said Assignment of Mortgage refers to a c@rtain
Agency Collection Agreement dated September 2, 1969, ~hich
agreeinent is not of record;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the
undersigned, being all the owners of the aforesaid mortgage and
mortgage note, do hereby reconfirm and grant to St. Lucie County
Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, full right, power and authority to
perforcn and/or to exercise each and every teran and tondition
or right, privflege and option to be performed and/or exercised
by the MorCgagee under the said mortgage and mortgage note,
specifically including without limitation the right, power and
; authority, to execute and deliver partial releasea_of said
; mortgage and a satisfaction of said mortgage when paid in full,
~ to 3oin in the dedication of plats of the mortgaged property,
; and to exercise all rights, privileges and options of the Mortgagee,
all in accordance with and aubject to the terms and conditions ;
; of the said mortgage and mortgage note. ±
