MODIFICATION AGRF.FMENT
RE: Mortgage Deed made by Sarg~ant Citrus Products,
Inc., a Florida corporation, as Mortgagor, and
Frances Kerr Lowe, a married waman, as Mortga-
gee, dated February 21, 1966, and recorded in
the Offi.ce of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Of.fi-
cial Record Book 139, Page 208.
WHEREAS, yortgagor, SARGEI~I~T CITRUS PRODUCTS,

INC., has requested Mortgagee, FRANCES KERR LOWE, to agree to
release portions of the encumbered.real property upon ful-
fillment of the terms and conditions hereinbelow set forth; ~

WHEREAS, Mortgagee, FRANCES KERR LO:aE, has agreed E
to the release, from time to time, of portions of the en-
cumbered real property, as set forth below; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagee and t~tortgagor have agreed to
raodify the mortgage in one or more particulars to incorpor-
ate said release provisions;
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration,

Mortgagor and Mortgagee hereby agree as follows:

~ 1. The above-described Mortgage is amended by
~ adding a new paragraph to be known as paragraph 13, which
~
~
g will read as follows:

~ "13. Upon payment of ~aenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred
~ each of
~ Dollars ($27,500) for/the 20:,acre tracts described in sub-
~ paragraphs (a) through (c) below and Fifty Thous and Dollars
~ each of
~ ($50,000) for/the 20 acre tracts described in sub-paragraphs ~

~ (d) through (g) below, to be applied to the final principal p~- ~

~ ments due on the Frances Ker_r Lowe purchase money note, Mortqa-

' gee will release a portion of the real property encumbered by
- this Mortgage, said releases to be evidenccd by instruments to be
~ known as 'partial releases from mortgage encumbrance' properly
~ siqned in recordable form by Mortgagee and delivered to Mortgagor for
