plan, illustrated by the attached plats of the encumbered .

Sunshine and Header Canal Groves marked Exhibit "A" and ~
Exhibit "B" respectively, which are incorporated herein ~

(a) Releases will start with the main tract known as the j

'Sunshine Grove' located on the North side of Highway ~70 ~

and will begin with the 20-acre tract located at the SE ~

corner of the North parcel on State Highway ~70. ~
(b) The second 20-acre tract to be released will be im~ned-
iately to the North of and contiguous with the first 20-

acre tract and will also be in the 140-acre parcel North ~
of Highway ~70. ;

(c) The third 20-acre tract to be released will be immed-
iately to the North of and contiguous with the second 20-
acre tract and will also be in the 140-acre parcel North of
Highway #70.

` iately to the West of and contiguous with the-first 20-
