THIS CAUSE came on this 13th day of April, 1971, for further
hearing on the Relator's Motion For Appointment of An Ancillary Receiver
and entry of an Order of Liquidation of Respondent dated April 12, 1971,
€ and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, and upon consideration

Domiciliary Receiver or Liquidator of Home Owners Insurance Company, waived

~ notice of hearing, service of process and consented to the entry of an Order

aF~oint:ng Thomas D. 0'Malley, as Insurance Commissioner of the Department
~ of Insurance of the State of Florida as Ancillary Receiver of Nome Owners

- Insurance Co:~pany for the purpose of liquidation of the Florida business of =
~ the P,espondent ce^~pany by the Ancillary Receiver, a copy of said telegram
