That pursuant to Section 631.091, Florida Statutes, the Relator alleges that by Order of the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois, dated April 8, 1971, said Court found Home Owners Insurance Company to be insolvent and James R. Baylor, Director of Insurance of the State of Illinois, has been appointed Receiver or Liquidator of Home Owners Insurance Company for the purpose of liquidation. See letter from ~ Mr. Albert L. That the Respondent is beyond conservation and rehabilitation ~ ~ ~ and should be immediately placed in liquidation by this Court for the pro- ~ tection of Florida policyholders, creditors, and claimants and an Ancillary ~ Receiver for the Respondent should be appointed by this Court so that a time ~ ~ ~ ; ~ limit may be set within which such policyholders, creditars, and claimants ; ~ ~ may file proof of their claims against said Respondent in these ancillary ~ ' ~ receivership proceedings without further delay. ~ ~ ~ ~ 7.
