Florida, is li~reby appointed Ancillary Receiver, and G. Od~ll Turner, C.P.A.,
and PSiss Kathryn Gregory, Attorney, (both em,~loyees of the Rehabilitation _
and Liquid~tion Division of the Department of Insurance of the State of
Florida) are hereby appointed as ~~b~t Deputy Ancillary Receivers, of
Ho~r,2 0?vners Insurance Company and the Anci a 1 ary Recei ver is authori zed and ~
di rected to:
1. Liquidate the assets of the F:espondent.
2. Take immediate possession of all the property, assets, and
estate, including, but not limited to, all offices maintained by the Respondent, ~
and all rights of action, books, documents, papers, evidence of debt, and all '
i
other property of every kind whatsoever and tilheresoever located in this
State, belonging to said Respondent, includir,g, but~not limited to, all
bank accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages, all premiums collected
by premium finance companies or any other person engaged in premiur^ financing;
agents, subagents, brokers, producing agents, so~icitors, service representatives,
or others, due and not paid to the insurer; furniture, fixtures, equipment
and office suppties, and to hold all such assets pending further Orders

` . 3. Proceed to collect any and all debts due and owing Respondent,

~ including, but not limited to, funds held by agents, subagents, producing

$ agents, brokers, solicitors, service representatives, or others, of the

~ Respondent, under agency contracts or otherwise, due and unpaid to Respondent,
~ •

~ including unearned commissions, agents' balances and agents' reserve funds
~
~
~ held by Respondent or others within this State.

~ 4. Apply to this Court for further instructions in the discharge
~ ~ . ~
~ of his duties.

; 5. Appoint one or more Assistant Deputy Mcillary Receivers to ~

~ act for him and to employ such counsel, accountants, cl~rks, and assistants
~ as he deems necessary, and further authorizing the compensatic~~ of such
~ deputies, counsel, accountants, clerks, and assistants and all expenses of

~ taking possession of the as~ets of Respondent and of conducting these proceedings

as fixed by the Ar~cillar~- F~ceiver and approved by tF;s Court, to be paid out

- of the funds or z~sets of the P.espond~nt in the possession of the Ancillary
Receiv~r or co-~:n; into his p~ssession.
