conduct of this receivership. ~
7. Not d2fend legal actions ?•rherein Respondent is a party defendant,
comn~nced either prior to or subsequent to the appointment of an Ancillary
Receiver.
8. All officers, directors, agents, employees, attorneys, and
all other persons representing Respondent or employed by Respondent in
connection ~~iith the conduct of its insurance business in this State be,
and they are hereby, discharged.
9. Publish notice once each week for three consecutive weeks
of the tim~ fixed for the ~iling of claims against the Respondent, Home
Owners Insurance Company, in newspapers of general circulation in Dade,
Hillsborough, 3roward, Palm Beach, Duval, Escambia, and Leon Counties,
Florida, which notice shall specify the time and place within which all ~
persons having clairns against Home Owners Insurance Company shall present
such claims to the Ancillary Receiver or be forever barred. All of said
claims shall be filed on proof of claim forms developed and prepared by the

r Ancillary Receiver in cooperation with the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association -

E Act, being Part II of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes.

~ 10. In his judgment, liquidate all of Respondent's securities ~

~ on deposit with the State Treasurer of Florida, convert to cash so much of

~ same as may be nece5sary to pay claims and ac~ninistrative expenses, and hold

_ 11. All persons within the jurisdiction of this Court who have in

~ their possession, custody, or control assets of the Respondent, of any kind

~ to, all offices maintained by the Respondent and all rights of action, books,

documents, papers, evidence of debt, and all other property of every kind
- belonging to said Respondent, including, but not limited to, all bank accounts,
- stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages; all premiurns collected by premi~m finance
