HomeMy WebLinkAbout2280 . t i ~ agents, subagents, brokers, pro~fucing agents, solicitors, service repre- sentatives, or others, and not paid to the insurer; furniture, fixtures, equ~pment and office supplies; are directed to forthwith deliver, upon demand, any of said assets to the Ancillary Receiver of Respondent; said Ancillary Receiver to hold all such assets pending further Orders of this Court. 12. All persons, corporations, or associatians are, and continue to be, enjoined from interfering with the Ancillsry Receiver in the conduct of these proceedings, the wasting of assets of the Respondent, the corrmence- ment_or prosecution of any actions against Respondent or the Ancillary Receiver, the obtaining of preferences, judgments, attachments, writs of garnishment, or other liens, or the making of any levy or executton against the Respondent or the Ancillary Receiver during the conduct of this receivership. 13. Undertake investigations of all transfers of, or liens upon, the property of the insurer made or created within four months Rrior Lo the granting of the Order to Show Cause to determine whether or not there had been any voidable transfers under the provisions of Section 631.261, Florida Statutes, and, if so, bring suit to set such transfers aside. . 14. To negotiate and settTe subrogation claims up to and inciuding the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (;2,50Q.Q0) without further Order of this Court. 15. All insurance policies, surety contracts, and other contracts of insurance of the Respondent shall continue in force until thirty (30) days from the date of this Order and sha11 be deemed canceiled as of 12:Oi A.M., ; 1 May 14, 1911, except that policies or contracts with normal expiration dates a ; prior thereto and policies terminated by insureds before such date shall stand ~ cancelled as of such earlier date. 16.
