To observe all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium ~ of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TNE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 as recorded in ; Official Records Book 189, on pages 1887 through 2007 of the Public ; Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to perform all of the ob- ~ liqations providad thereby. Any failure to do so which is not cured ~ within thirty days after notice qiven by the Mortqaqee to the Mortgaqor i shall constitute a default under this mortgage. F i 4. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment, or deterioration ; of the mortgaqed property. ~ ~ 5. If any payment provided for in the note is not paid within thirty days after it becomes due, or if any other agreement in this mortgaqe ~ is breached, the entire unpaid principal balance of the note shall immediately become due at the option of the Mort_qagee, and the Mortqagee may foreclose this mortgage in the marrner provided by law, and have the mortgaged property sold to satisfy or apply on the indebted- ness hereby secured. 7. The rents and profits of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged.
