THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 17th day of March ~
A.D. 197 1. by WINDMILL VILLAGES OF AMERICA, IN a Florida corporation
hereinafter called the Grantor, to
JOHN J. EUUGSTATTER and ALVERA M. HAUGSTATTER, his wife
whose post office address is:
~lindmill Villaqe By The Sea, Jensen Beach. Florida 33457
hereinafter called the Grantee; which terms Grantor and Grantee shall
include and bind all parties to this instrument, their successors,
assigns, heirs, executors and legal representa~ives.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of :en Dollars and for other good and valuable considerations, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Grantee, all that
certain land and real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, de-

NO. 1 acco~ng to the Declaration of Condominium thereof
ss recorded in Official Records Book 189, on pages 1887
through 2007, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances to
said Unit. -
