AFFIDAVIT

On this day of April, 1971, personally
appeared JOHN S. KOZIOL who, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That he was personally acquainted with and
related to William Bartyzel, now deceased; that he knows of
his own personal knowledge that William Bartyzel, the
Grantee in a Deed filed and recorded in Deed Book 258,
Page 360~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, FZorida, was
married to Anna Bartyzel the day the Deed was executed~ the
14th day of March, 1960; further, that Anna Bartyzel sub-
sequently ~ied and, further, that 4Villiam Bartyzel then
remained unmarried until the date of his death; that
William bartyzel was unmarried on the 20th day of March,
1969, when he execut~d a Deed which was filed and recorded
ir. Official Records Book 176, Page 1932, Public Records of
St. Lucie County~ Florida. ~
