Commencing at the intersection of the North line of of Government
~ Lot 2, Section 1, Tawnship 36 South, Ranqe 40 East, with the
i; East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; run
Southeasterly along said East right of way line, a distance of
1068.33 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of
beginning run with a forward angle of 69 degrees, 36 minntes and

of said Government Lot 2, a distance of 692.7 feet, more or less
to the East riqht of way line of South Indian River Drive, said
right of way line being 15 feet East of a center line of South
; Indian River Drive measured at right angles thereto; thence with a
back angle of 67 deqrees and 28 minutes, run northwesterly along
said East right of way line of South Indian River Drive, a distance
of 98.84 feet; thence run West and parallel to the North line of
said Government Lot 2, a distance of 688.74 feet more or less to ~
a point on the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast
Railway; thence run Southeaste~ly along said East right of way 2ine
of the Florida East Coast Railway, a distance of 97.4 feet to the
! point of beginning; together with all lands lying between the

Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recozded in Plat Book 1
