the appointment ot a receiver. ii applied for by Mortgagee. In the event that :?lortgagee shall declare the principal sum set
out in said promissory note then cemaining unpaid, and all moncys secured hereby, immediately due and payable. the 111ort-
gagors shall immediately pay to Mortgagee an amount equal b the amount at which this note could thea lawtul~y be prepaid
plus any other moneys secured hereby.
8. No delay by Mortgagee in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver theteo! or preclude the
exercise thereof duriag the continuance of aqy detault hereunder. No waiver by Mortgagee ot any detault shaU constitute a
waiver ot dr eonseat to subsequent defaults.
9. This mortgage and the aote secured hereby constitute a Florida contract and shaA be construed acrnrding to the laws of
that state. Zt~e Mortgagors hereby waive all homestead esemptioa granted by the Coastitution and Laws of F1orlda.
The covenants and agreements contained in this mortgage shall run with the ~.aad and bind Mortgagors, the 6eirs. personal
representatives. successors and assigns of Mortgagors and all subsequent owners, eacumbrances. tenants and subtenants of
the premises, and shall enure to the beaefit ot the Mortgagee, the successors and assigns o[ the 1V~ortgagee and all snbsequent
holders of this mortgage.
