SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that O. C. PETERSON
and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Trustees of the Will of Flem
C. Dame, deceased, the owners and holders of a certain mort-
gage deed execut~d by PAN CARIB ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida
corppration, to 0. C. PETERSON and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK,
as Trustees under the Will of Flem C. Dame, deceased, bear-
ing date the ~d~ day of September, 1970, recorded in
Official Record Book 187, page 876, in the office of the
-Clerk of ~he Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securinq one certain note in the principa'1 sum of NINE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,000.00), and certain promises and obli-
gations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property
situate in said State and County described as follows, to i

Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 and
the North 1/2 of Lot 20, JEFFERSON PARK
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 4, page 96, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
