EASEMENT
This instrument made and entered into this "'day of

April, 1971, by and between BRIARGATE CORPORATION, a Florida Corpor-
ation, hereinafter called BRIARGATE and HALLMARK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
OF FLORIDA, a Florida Corporation, hereinafter called HALI.MARK,
NOW TI~REFORE WITNESSETH that for and in consideration
of the agreements herein recited and contained, ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other valuable considerations, receipt of which are hereby
acknowledged, BRIARGATE does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, convey and confirm unto HALLMARK an easement and
right of way for water mains over, upon and across the following
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The North 10 feet of the South 105 feet of tract
A of Sheraton Plaza Unit One, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32, Pub-
lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
Together with the right and privilege of entering upon
said lands and constructing and maintaining said water mains and
all other rights and privileges necessary or incident to the riqhts
~ herein granted.
