NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
Notice is given that a suit was institued in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the ~ day
of ~ 19?l, by Eugene R. Compton and Shirley M. Compton,
his ife, plaintiffs, against Stanley R. Williamson and Doris M.
Williamson, his wife, defendants.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece
of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 80, Unit 7, LAKEWOOD PARK ESTATES, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book II, page 13
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure
of a second mortgage encumbering the above described property and
the decreeing of a sale of the property under the direction of the
Court in default of the payment of the amount found to be due the
plaintiffs under the mortgage and for other and further and
general relief set forth in the complaint.
