KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT JOHN KEARNEY
and ANNE M. KEARNEY, his wife, have this day granted
to SPORTSMAN CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation, a
lease an~3 option to purchase that certain property
described in a Warranty Deed from B. Y. Free and Connie _
L. Free, his wife, to John J. Kearney, as recorded in
O. R. Book 21, page 353, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, a copy of which is marked Exhibit A,
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated here-
in.
Said lease and option agreement is of even date
'herewith and is by this reference incorporated herein. ,
Said lease and option to purchase expires April 1,
- 1974.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
memorandum this ~ day of 1971.
