COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
In Re: Lots 12 and 13, Block 18, of A. C. Dittmar's
Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1 at page 27 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared MARY HRUBEY,who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of Steve
Hrubey, who departed this life on December 21, 1970.
2. That she and the said Steve Hrubey were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by Chester E.
Watkins and Margaret Watkins, his wife, wherein the above described
real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she
was married to the said Steve Hrubey and that said marital relationship
continued without interruption until the death of the said Steve
~ Hrubey.
