described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 19~9, by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida corporation. and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 5~6, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in 8ook 78 at Page 497. of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditians. Said property.
situated in St. Lucie County. Florida, is described as follows:
Lot 25, Block 5 of Coral Cove Beach Subdivision as per plat ~
i thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A and 30B of the `
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
