MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGRSSMENT
W~REAS, JOFai 8. BRUNSR and JUANITA L. BRUNER, his wife, on or
about Jtiily 19, 1962 executed and delivered to C. W. WAMSLSY and B. L.
WAMSLS'Y, his wife, a certain mortgage, which was recorded July 21, 1962
in O. R. Book 41, at page 373 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, andi
W~REAS, said mortgage, in the original principal amount of
$14,828.73, inadvertently provided for interest at the rate of 6.6 per
cent, and;
WHSR$AS, at the time of execution and delivery of said mortgage
the int~nt of the mortgaqors and mortgagees was for said mortgage to
provide for intersst at the rate of 6.06 per ~ent per annum, and;
WI~R$AS, the property secured by this mortgage has subsequently
been conveyed and is now owned by WAYPTS ALLEN and JO ANN ALLSN, his wife,
and ARBI$ W. ALLSN and LUCILI.B ALLSN, his wife, who have assumed and agreed
to pay said mortgage, and;
! WHSRBAS, C. w. WAMSLSY is presently the owner and holder of said
