MORTGAGE
MODCO, INC., formerly
Executed the 3--' day of April, 1971, by/AMERICAN PARA-
DISE HOMES, INC., a corporation existing under the Laws of Florida,
and having its principal place of business at P.O. Box 1810, Fort
Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called the mortgagor, to L. E.
LEWIS and THEI~iA C. I.~n1IS, his wife, whose post office address is
4590 Elm Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the
mortgagee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "mortgagor" and mort-
gagee" include all the parties to this instrument and
the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of indi-
viduals, and the successors and assigns of corpc~rations;
and the term "note" includes all the notes herein de-
scribed if more than one.)
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date here~with, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and con-
firms unto the mortgagee all the certain land of wfiich the mortgagor
is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
