eration of this mortgage to any and all construction mortgages
alluded to hereinabove to that portion of the property encumbered
by this mortgage from Glades Cutoff Road to `he property to be en-
cumbered by the said construction mortgage or mortgages, in order
to give the construction mortgagee or mortgagees legal access from
a dedicated public road to the property described in their mortgage
or mortgages, with such road right-of-way not to exceed 100' in any
instance.
