State of Florida, in nfficial Records Book 178 ,
page 1603 , mortqaged unto St. Lucie Countv Bank, a bankinq in-
stitution and orqanized and existinq under the laws and the etate
of Flarida and assigns, mortga4ee, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the pay~nent of the sum of-----------------------

as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said John M. McCarty, Jr., as Trustee, and individually
