re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27~ 1960, and revfsed
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497. of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water ~

Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property.
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as follows:
Lot 27, Biock 4, Coral Cove Beach S~bdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pagea 30A and 30B of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
