In Re: Start at the NW corner of Block 2, FAIRLAWN
HOMES SUBDIVISION, according to a plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 9, page 10, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run
South 140 feet along the East side of South 31st
Street to the point of beginning; thence continue
South 82.5 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence
North 82.5 feet; thence West 140 feet to the
, point of beginning.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared CRYSTAL V. BERKQUIST, who upon first being duly sworn,,
did depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of LARRY
BERKQUIST, who departed this life on June 15, 1964.
2. That she and the said LARRY BERKQUIST were~the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by GERALD
P. LAMMERS and MARBARA J. LAMMERS, his wife, dated May 20, 1958,
recorded in Deed Bk. 238 at page 1 of the public records of St.
I Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described real property
€ was conveyed.

3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she

~ was married to the said LARRY BERKQUIST, and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption until the death

~ of the said LARRY BERKQUIST.
