who being first duly sworn upon oath, says:
1. My name is John J. Schneibel;
2. That Violet R. Schneibel and I were married at the time
we took title to the following described property:
Lot 6, Block 57, River Park Subdivision,
Unit #6, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 12, page 28, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
3. That our marriage was continuous through the date of
Violet R. Schneibel's death which occurred on the 26th day of
December, 1969.
