Wherever used herein, the term "party" shall include the
heirs, personal representatives, successors and/or assigns
of the respective parties hereto; the use of the singular
number shall include the plural, and the plural the sing-
ular; the use of any gender shall include all genders;
and, if used, the term "note" shall include all the notes
herein described if more than one.
THIS INDENTURE made this 24th day of April, A.D. 1971.
BE'I'WEEN JAMES R. PEELER and ELSIE E. PEELER, his wife, of
the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, party of the first
part, and LOUIS N. LECHNER, JANET LECHNER, his wife, and SANFORD
LECHNER, as tenants in common, 1500 Bay Road, Morton Towers, Apartment
1249, Miami Beach, 33139, of the County of Dade and State of Florida,
party of the second part, IAUIS N. LECHNER hereby acc~uiring and
taking a thirty-seven and one-half per cent (37~96) right, title and
interest, JANET LECHNER hereby acquiring and taking a thirty-seven
and one-half per cent (37~96) right, title and interest and SANFORD
LECHNER hereby acquiring and taking a twenty-five per cent (2596)
right, title and interest in and to the lands, tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances hereinafter described.

~ in St. Lucie County, Florida, containing 405.15 acres, more or ~
~ less, including one used house trailer, furnished, a well with ~

pump, and one used motor vehicle, Jeep (an additional consideration =
~ for the purchase of said Jeep is that the hunting rights on said ~
= lands shall be retained by the grantors herein (non-exclusive)

~ SUHJECT TO a purchase money mortgage given by John L. Graves and ~
Augusta H. Graves, his wife, to Robert L. Griffin and Tommie Mae ~
~ Griffin, his wife, dated May 7, 1962, securing a promissory note s

of six (6%) per cent per annum, and containing a provision pro- ~
hibiting the cutting or removal of timber from said lands, as j
