incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 1~$ , pages u~-u$of the public records of St._Ii~1~.~Qlm.t,florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the pluraf and the mauuline shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respectivs
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
