this my Last Will and-Testament, hereby ravokinq and annullinq
all othera heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I desire and direct that my just debts be paid
as soon after my demise as is practical by my Baceautrix herein-
after named and appoint+ed.
SEO~ND: I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, of ~thatsoever kind and nature and where-
soever situate or located, of which I die seized and possessed,
after the payment of my just debts, to my beloved dauqhter,
