(b) To retaim any securities or property, real, personal and mixed, of v~thatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate, in which my eatate may be inveated at the time of my demise, re- gardless of whether all or any part tl~ereof may not be a legal investment for the investment of funds-by fiduciaries; and I here- by relieve eaid $xecutrix~from any and all responsibility or liability for any losa incurred in auc2z retention or the disposition ~,f all or any part of said property in qood faith.
