BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority, this day personally
appeared I~LEN PAPE, who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That SHE is the unremarried surviving spouse of HERMAN
PAPE, who departed this life on February 18, 1971. See "Exhibit A".
2. That she and the said Herman ~ape were the qr~~t~~s in
that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by Florida
Ho~esites Estates, Inc., dated May 27, 1955, recorded May 30,
1955 in Deed Book 202, pages 5 and 6, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Floiida., wherein the above described real property
was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she
was married to the said Herman Pape and that said marital relationship
; continued without interr[iption until the death of the said Herman
