WARRANTY DEED ' F+'V~~~+ THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the O~day of April, 1971, by ELIAS FYHR and FLORENCS I. FYHR, ~e, hereinafter called the Grantor, to JEFFREY S. FURST and DELAINE C. The North 136 feet of the West 67 feet af the East 290 feet of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, - Township 35 South, Ranqe 40 East; together with the riqht of in- gress and egress upon the following described property, to wit: Beginninq at the center section post of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; run North along center section line, a dis- tance of 644.44 feet for a point of begii~ning; thence continuing North along said section line a distance of 322.22 feet; thence turn and run West at an angle of 90 deg. 31 min. 54 sec., a dis- tance of 33 feet; thence turr~ and run South on a line para21e1 to the center section line of Section 21, a distance of 13G.11 feet; thence turn an3 run westerly at an angle of 90 deq. 31 min. 54 sec., a distance of 671.5 feet; thence turn and run South 50 feet; thence turn and run Easterly 671.5 feet to a point 33 feet east of center line of Section 21; thence turn and run South a distance of 136.11 feet; thence turn and run East to point of beqinning.
