Box 1745, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assiqns of corporations.) WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby a^knowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re- mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that _ certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: That part of the North 1240 feet of the E1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, more par- ticularly deacribed as follows: Commence at the point of in~.ersection of the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company-and the North line of Section 35; run thence Southerly alonq the East right of way line of said Florida East Coast Railway, a distance of 1316.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence run West parallel to the North line of said Section 35, to the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 35; thence South along the West line of the E 1/2 ~ ~;a of the NE 1/4 of said Section 35, a distance of 100 feet; ~ thence run East parallel to the North line of said Section ~ 35, to the West boundary of the Indian River;thence - Northwesterly alonq the West bank of the Indian River to ~ a point due East of the point of beginning; thence run West parallel to the North line of said Section 35 to the point of beqinninq.
