for the purpose of exercising the ~ights and p~ivileges herei~ gro~ted.
Grantor and Grontee cgree os followr.
1. Grantee shall hove the ~ight to inspect ond repai~ the Faciliiies, together
- with the rights cnd privileges necessary and convenient thereto.

2. Grontor shall not utilize the areo in which the Facilities are located in
any way or ma~ner which would (1) create a danyerous condition with
respect to the Facilities, or (2) create any interference with ihe repai~
and safe maintenance thereof, or (3) ~ot meet recogniz~ed stcnda~ds of
enginee~ing practices a~d procedures.
3. Grantor and Grar~tee eoch covenont to indemnify and hold haRnless the
other for and from arry a~d all damages and injuries, whether to persa~s
or property, resulting from any means whatsoever if caused by its inter-
ference, fault or negl'egence with the Facilities a~dfor from interference,
fault o~ negligen~~ with the Facilities by its agents or emplayees. ~
4. Should Grorrtee fail for any reasonable period of time to exercise the rights
herein granted, then, at the election of Grontor, all rights and privileges
herein granted shall revert to the Grontor.
5. Grontor covenants thcrt it has the right to convey this easement and that
Grantee shall have quiet and peaceful posseuion, use and enjoyment of 4
said easement .
AII covenanh, tertns, provisions and conditions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and ~
be binding upon the parties hereto ond thei~ respective hei~s, administrators, wccessors ;
