WITNESSETH: That for the sum of Ten Dollars 10.00 ) and other good and
valuable considerations, said Grantor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee all that certain piece of property and
tract of land situate in the County of St. Lueie and State of Florida,
described as followa:
Begin at a point on the West line of Government Lot Four (4),
Section 25, Tawnship 37 South, Range 40 East, that is 888.52

; thence run North 89°29' East, on a line parallel to the South
; line of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 1,578 feet, more

~ Northwesterly meandering the waters, a distance of 800 feet, S
~ more or less, to the point of intersection with a line that is ~
~ 1,242 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said {
