SUBJECT, hawever, to tauces for the year 1971 and subsequent years;
to the zoning laws of St. Lucie County, Florida; to that certain
mortgage qiven by the Grantor to Lester A. Bateman and Dorothy
E. Bateman, his wife, in the original principal amount of
$20,000.00 and present principal amount of $13,857.94, which
mortgage the Grantee does hereby assume and agree to pay; and
to a purchase money second mortgage in the amount of $41,142.06
delivered by the Grantee ta the Grantor simultaneously with the
delivery of this deed by the Grantor to the Grantee.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever, together with
a11 of the tene:nents, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, subject only to the matters
aforesaid.
