hereinafter called the Mortgagor , which term shall include when uscd herein, wherever
the context so rcquires or admits, his heirs and assigns,

hereafter called the Mortgagee , which term shall include when used herein, wherever
the context so requires or admits, its successors and assigns ,
WITNESSETH: That for divers, good and valuable consideradons, and aLso in con-
siderarion of the aggregate sum named in the gromissory nou hereinafter described, said
Mortgagor do es hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, confirm and
mortgage unto the said Mortgagee all that certain piece of propcrty and - tract of land
; of which the said Mortgagor iS now seized and possessed and in actual possession,
~ situate in the County of St. Lueie and Statc of Florida, d~scribcd as follows:
; Begin at a point on the West line of Government Lot Four (4),
; Section 25, Tawnship 37 South, Range 40 East, that is 888.52
; feet North of the So~west corner of said Government Lot 4;
E thence run North 89°29' East, on a line parallel to the South
~ line of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 1,578 feet, more
~ or less, to the waters of the St. Lucie River; thence run
q Northwesterly meandering the waters, a distance of 800 feet,
~ more or less, to the point of intersection with a line that is
1,242 feet South of and parallel to the North line of said
Government Lot 4; thence run South 89°29' West along said line
that is 1,242 feet South of the North line of Government Lot 4, ~
a distance of 990.7 feet to the West line of said Government ~
Lot 4; thence run South 00°Ol' East along said West Line-of ~
Government Lot 4, a distance of 552.6 feet to the point of

~ TOGETHER with any and all riparian rights thereunto belonging ~
~ or in anywise appertaining.

~ AND ALSO TOGETHER with an easement for ingress, egress and
~ access, in common with other property owners, over and across
~ the South 888 feet of said Government Lot 4. Said easement is
~ over a strip of land 50 feet in width, which starts at the South
~ line of the above described property, the West line of said
~ easement being 1130 feet East of the West line of Government
~ Lot 4. Said easement extends Southward a distance of 686 feet;
~ thence at an angle of 90°25', extends to the East right of w~y
~ line of the presently existing County Road.
~ This is the purchase money second mortgage referred to in the deed
