and to pay interest on the unpaid part of the principal hereof

The maker and all endorsers of this note waive demand, pre- .
sentment, notice of non-payment, dishonor, and protest, and agree
~ ir. c3~e suit shall be brought for the collection hereof, or it is
~ necessary to place the same in the hands of an attorney for collection,
~ to pay reasonable attorney's fees for making such collection. De- '
~ ferred interest payments shall bear interest from maturity at the
~ rate of six and one-half per centum (6-1/2$) per annum payable semi-
~ annually.
