THIS AGRE~NT, entered into this 22nd day of April, 1971, by and
between FRED A. VAUK and ANNIE T. VAUK, his wife, hereby agree as
~ollows:
WITNLSSETH:
Pursuant to a Separation Agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto and marked Exhibit "A", Annie T. Vauk releases any and all
rights she has spec~fically including dower rights, in and to the
property hereafter described, and further agrees to make no claim or
demand whatsoever aqainst the property or any owners thereof. Said
property is located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and described as:
Parcel 1: Lot 9 and the West 8 feet of vacated alley
a ~acent on East, Block 2, Killers Subdivision, as per
plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Parcel 2: Lot 11 and the West 8 feet of vacated alley
a ~acent on East, Block 2, Killers Subdivision, as per _
plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Par~el 3: The North ~ of Lot 7 ar~d all of Lot 8 and the
West 8 feet of vacated alley adjacent on Sast, Block 2,
Killers Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Annie T. Vauk further agrees to execute any instruments necessary
to carry out the terms-of this agreement, except hoiwever, joining in
any mortgage obligation as to the individual property, and by executing
this agreement she assumes no obligation in and to the above property, t
and simply releases any and all interest she has in same.
