For and in consideration of the aum of One Thousand-
Three Hundred Ninety-Two and 87/100 Dollars ($1,392.87) to it in
hand this day paid, the receipt whereof i~ hereby acknowledged,
CASSENS GR~DVE SERVICB,__INC., a Florida corporation, hereby releases
the real property hereinafter described, owned and occupied by
INDIAN RIVER GROVS OOMPANY, a Liznited Partnership, from a certain
lien filed by it in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Flotida, on the 8th day of February, A.D. 1971,
as recorded in O. R. Book 190, ~t page 154, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the sum of One Thousand Three
Hundred Ninety-Two and 67/100 Dollars ($1,392.87) due it for labor,
servicea, machinery and materials in the care-taking and maintenance
of citrus groves over a continuous period of time, on said zeal
property; and it hereby declares said lien fully ~aid and satisfied
and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record. Said real praperty, situated and located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as follows:
