In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and tF~e masculine shall include the feminine '
and neuter. All rigtiis and obligations under this morigage shall extend to and be binding upon the res-
pective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
