ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed
and execution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and
that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve alI of said provisions
(including the WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE
as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages 1829 through
1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the acts
of the officers and directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM
! NO. 1 ASSOCIATION., INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in mak-
' inq and entering into said Lease)~ The Grantee agrees to be bound by all
~ of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said
~ provisions are reasonable, :air and equitable; the Grantee hereby im-
~ presses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as
4 security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of ~
~ Condominium and its exhibits; and tfte Grantee acknowledges and agrees
~ that said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract
executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducemen~s concerning the purchase by the Grantee
of the land and real property described above. '
