States of America~ hereinafter called the Association, which term as used in
every instance shall include the Association's successors, legal representatives
and assigns, Party of the Second Part.
W ITN ESSETH :
That for divers good and valuable consideration. and in consideration of
the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory note of even date here-
with. hereinafter described, the mortgagors do grant, barga in. sell. aliea,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Association, in fee simple, the
following described real estate, of which the mort~agors are now seized and
possessed and in actual possession, situate in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, to wit; -
From the Point of Aeginning which is the northwest corner of the
NE; of Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, run North 88°54'20" West along the north line of
said Section 2? a distance of 152 feet to the easterly right-of-way of
U. S. Highway No. 1; thence run South 00°O1'08" East along the
easterly right-of-way of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance of 922 feet;
thence run South 88°54'20" East a distance of 2?33.21 feet; thence
run North O1°46'46" West a distance of 923 feet to the north line of
said Section 27; thence run North 88°54'20" West along the north
li.ne of said Section 27 a distance of 2552.84 feet to the Point of

and articles of personal property now or at any time hereafter attached to or

above described real estate, and any and all buildings and improvements now
or hereafter erected thereon. Such fixtures and articles of personal property
including, but without being limited to, all screens, awnings, storm windows
and doores, window shades, inlaid floor coverings, shrubbery, plants, stoves,
~ ranges, refrigerators, boilers, tanks, furnaces, radiators, and all heating,
lighting, cooking, plumbing, gas, electric, ventilating, refrigerating, irrigating
power, air-conditioning and incinerating equipment, systems, machinea and
appliances of whatsoever kind and nature, specifically including all furniture,
furnishings and fixtures used in the operation of a mobile home park including the
recreational facilities made a part thereof, all of which fixtures and articles of
~ personal praperty are hereby declared and shall be deemed to be fixtures and
~ accessory to the freehold and a part of the realty as between the parties hereto,
~ their successors and assigns, and all persons claiming by, through or under
