ABOOD, his wife, parties of the first part, in coneidera- tion of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, received from and an behalf of H. C. MURPHY RF.ALTY, INC., a Florida corporation, as to an undivided two-thirds interest, and JAMES M. BENSON, as to an undivided one-sixth interest, and ROSALIE H. BENSON, his wife, as to an undivided one-sixth interest, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain and sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said parties of the second part, the follawing described Lease: Lease dated April 30, 1958, between Alfred Hill Lisk, Jr. ~ and Patricia H~atfield Lisk, his wife, Lessors, and Sheffield T. Abood, Lessee, leasing the following described property: All of Block 32 of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page 24, St. Lucie County records, excepting therefrom the following: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Block, run Northeasterly along the Northweat _ side of Sunrise Boulevard a distance of 432.3 feet; thence run Nort~westerlq at right angles toSunrise Boulevard a dis- tance of 185 feet; thence run Westerly parallel with Georgia Avenue to.the East side of South Sixth Street; thence run ; Southerly alang the East side of South Sixth Street to the point of beginning. ~ Said lease commencing on ~July 10, 1958 and to continue for ~ 99 years thereafter, umless sooner terminated. ~ Together with the obligations described in said lease and the mcmeys ~ due and to become due thereon. Said lease is recorded in Deed Book 239, page 560 through 572, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the saine unto the said parties of the aecond ~ part, their legal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
