and all additions thereto, and hereinafter referred to as the
"Recreation Center" or the "demised premises"'.
2. TERM. The terms of this lease shall camaence on

3. O'.~iER LEASES.
3.1. Lessor's Riqht to Make Additional Leases.
~ The Lessor shall have the right to make additional leases of

~ the Recreation Center to "other lessees" without the consent of

~ the Lessee, and all such other leases to "other lessees" shall

r be vali~ for all i.ntents and purposes th erein expressed and

~ neither the granting of such leases nor the creation of the
