HomeMy WebLinkAbout0798 actual, implied o~ constructive eviction of the Lessee'fran the Recreation Center by the Lessor or anyone acting by, through, under or for it; or as an excuse, juatification, waiver or in- dulgence by the Lessor to the Lessee of the Lessee's praapt, full, complete and continuous performance of its agreements contained herein. ~ 4. USE OF PREMISES. 4.1. Intention. The Lesseehas entered into this lease to make available, on a nonexclusive basis, the de- mised premises to be occupiecl only for the recreation, leisure time activity, use, benef it and enjoyment of the unit owners of Outdoor Resorts at Nettles Island, Inc., a Condaminium. 4.2. Riqht to Use. The Lessee shall have the ~ right to use, occupy and possess the demised premises on a non- exclusive basis in com~non with such other persons, real and ' corporate, who may be otlier lessees of the demised premises. i i ~ ~ ~ 4.3. Laws and Requlations. Use of the Recreation ~ ~ Center shall be subject to all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules ~ and regulations of all appropriate governmental authority and ~ agencies and the rules and regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters or their successor in interest and rulea es- ~ tablished by the Association.
