lated, intended or likely to result in the deprivation of any
lessee of the Recreation Center, i~cluding this Lessee, of an
opportunity equal to that of any other lessee to use, occupy,
and enjoy the same except to the extent that the use, occupancy
and enjoyment of one lessee may be greater than another's by
reason of the greater r~er af permitt~d users of one lessee
as compared to another.
4.5. Persons Who Mav Use. T41e persons who iaay use
and enjoy the Recreation Center by, through or under the Leasee
shall be limited as follows:
(a) Unit Owners. Any pe~son or entity who is
the owner of a condominium unit in The Condominium, which owner
is sometitaes hereinafter called "Unit Owner", his spouse a~t~d
other members of hie in~nediate family at the condominium unit,

~ may use and enjoy the Recreation Center.

~ ~ (b) Occupants. An "Occupant" is def ined as

~ any person not included in 4.5 (a) who is lawfully in residence

at, and has possesaion of, or has leased, the condominium tu~it.
An occupant, his spouse and other metnbers of his im~nediate family
at the condominium unit may use and enjoy the Recreation Center.
During the term of any occupant's right of possession in a con-
dominium unit, either the unit owner descr ibed in 4.5(a) or the
~ occupant described in 4.5 (b) and in each case the persona l~erein

~ described claiming under them, may use and enjoy the Recreation
~
~ Center.
