If such performance by the Lessor s shall constitute in whole or in part the payment of tnonies,.such . ` monies so paid by the Lessor, toqether with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent per annum and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the Leasor in and about the collection of the same, shall be payable to the Lessor in and about the collection of the same, shall be payable to the Lessor on demand, and the Lessee mvenant to pay any such suma with interest and reasonable attor- neys' fees, as aforesaid. The Lessor shall have, in addition to any and all other rights and remed ies herein provided, the same r ights and remedies in the event of nonpayment as in the case of default by the Lessee in the paymentof rent. 17. QUIET ENJOYMENT. LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY.
