or on account of any act or remission of the Lesaee, which lien
shall be superior to the intereat in this lease reserved to the
Lessor upon the leased premises. All persons contracting with
the Lesaee, or furnishing materials or labor to the Leeaee, or to
its agenta or servants, as well as all persons whomaoever, shall
~ be bound by thia provision of this lease. This proviaion is insert- .
ed in this lease pursuant to the authority of Chapter 713.10, Florida
Statutes, 1967. Should any such lien be filed, the Lessee shall dis-
charge the same by paying it, or by f iling a bond or otherwise, as
permitted by law.
24. AT'1~ORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. The Lessee shall pay to -
the Lessor all costs of court, and reasonable attorneys' fees, includ-
ing fees in connection with procedures in the nature of appeal, in-
~ curred or expended by the Lessor in enforcing the terms of this lease.

The amount of such costs and fees may, at the option of the Lessor,

~ be collected just as though the said amount were rent then maturing

and becotning due thereunder.

25. WASTE. The Lessee shall not do or suffer any waste,
or damage, disf igurement or injury to the demised premises, now or
hereafter placed or brought thereon.
~ 26. RELATIONSHIP. Though this be a long term Iease the
~ parties understand and agree that the relationship between them is

~ that of landlord and tenant and the Lessee specif ically acknowledges
