29. LESSOR'LIEN FOR R6NT. T'he Lesaor shall have a lien
on every right and interest of the Lessee in and to thi.s lease and ~

on the buildings now or hereafter located on the preaiaes, and on

the furnishings and equipnent, f ixtures and other personal property '
of every kind and on the equity therein brought on the premises by
the Lessee as a part of the equipanent used therein, which lien is
granted for the purpose of secuzing the payment of rents, taxes,
assessments, charges, liens, penalties and damages herein covenant-
ed to be gaid by the Lessee and for the purpose of securing the per-
formance of any and all and singular the covenants, conditions and
obligations of this lease to be performed and observea by the Lessee.

~ 30. EARLY TERMINATION. If this lease ahall terminate

` at any time prior to the expiration of the term provided, by reason

° of the breach of any of the Lessee's covenants, then and in such case,
all right, estate and interest of the LesBee in and under this lease ~

and in and to the demised premises and a11 insurance policies and all

~ insurance monies gaid or payable thereunder and all utility deposits ~
~
~ and all prepaid expenses as to the demised premises ehall, without any
~ canpensation made therefor unto the Lesaee at once pass to and become

~ the property of the Lessor.
