LESSOR'LIEN FOR R6NT. T'he Lesaor shall have a lien on every right and interest of the Lessee in and to thi.s lease and ~ ~ on the buildings now or hereafter located on the preaiaes, and on i , the furnishings and equipnent, f ixtures and other personal property ' of every kind and on the equity therein brought on the premises by the Lessee as a part of the equipanent used therein, which lien is granted for the purpose of secuzing the payment of rents, taxes, assessments, charges, liens, penalties and damages herein covenant- ed to be gaid by the Lessee and for the purpose of securing the per- formance of any and all and singular the covenants, conditions and obligations of this lease to be performed and observea by the Lessee. ~ ~ 30. EARLY TERMINATION.
